Here are my 4 reasons why you should not delay and immediately start promoting your business online. I hear what you are thinking but don’t be so convinced your business is not promotable online. Very few are in that boat and I mean very few and you are almost certainly not one of them.
1. There is an increase in consumer spending.
This was a trend that was happening before the pandemic but now it has accelerated.
2. Consumers are now far better at online comparison shopping.
We have all heard news reports of how before the pandemic people would go into shops and then go home and look for the best deal on that product through a business online. Again this is a trend that has continued except now people are working out how to do those comparisons without going into bricks and mortar stores to try things on.
For the most part, this is due to the trend of the expansion of the money-back guarantee. Costumes do not need to be hesitant about buying the wrong thing.
3. Covid has accelerated the move to stores online
There is no doubt that Covid has contributed significantly to this trend. It only stands to reason that when people can’t or are unwilling to travel they are going to turn to online stores. But again it has only accelerated what was already happening before that and this trend will continue.
It is quite obvious really because as with all things once momentum has been gained it is very hard to stop.
4. Putting your Business Online is Absolutely Essential
With virtually everything moving online means the primary competition is online, not offline. You may find it difficult but consider that if you don’t compete then you will definitely not succeed.
Of course, there are concerns. Since there is now more competition than ever the obvious one is that There is More Competiton than ever and there are significant economic and tax questions. But from another point of view:

⦁ Or be better able to survive
That’s a win in either case!
In brief, there is no doubt about it, now is the time to invest in more and better marketing.
