Get Started On Your Content Marketing – Instructions to Clients

Just 30 minutes To Get Started On Your Content Marketing

  • Sign Up For a Reader App And Send Through The RSS Feed

First things First: You will need to sign up for a reader app. Something like GetPocket if you haven’t already. GetPocket is the cheapest as it is free but there are others such as Inoreader, Feedbin and pinboard.

These services make it easy to save all your great content that you think may interest your customers and that you want to keep track of. You can return to this content later – on any device, at any time.

Whichever service you choose, be it one of the above or your own, it must be able to have an RSS feed that is dedicated to your blog. Mixing stories up will create confusion and unnecessary expense.

Your service must also be able to make use of 2 RSS feed or you may need 2 services.

Once you have set up a reader send us the RSS feed.

It is through the RSS feed that we know what stories you have selected to go out to your audience.

  • Authorisation us

  1. On your Facebook business page as Admin so that we can set up your advertising
  2. Authorisation us in your blog as Admin or at least Editor so that we can load up your articles
  3. Find and Select Content Sources and saving them in Pocket
  4. Tag these stories as Quotes (10 to start) or Rich Summaries (4-5 to start) in Pocket

All you need to do then is keep up a weekly routine of about 20 – 30 Minutes like the one below. The rest is looked after for you.

Weekly Operation – Just 20 to 30 Minutes

1. Pick Stories for Quotes

These Run 1/day so pick 10 to be safe.

Remember these are “Dog Whistles” will be used to create quotes and promoted to attract and engage NEW customers and re-engage your Facebook Page Audience. NEW customers are added to your Facebook Page Audience for further promotion.

2. Pick Stories for Rich Summaries

These Run every other day so pick 4-5.

  • Remember it’s not about you, it’s about your prospect now make sure you pay attention to who you are promoting to.

  • It has to be content that your audience is interested in not what you want your audience to be interested in. In other words, make sure it is about your audience not about you.

  • Cheap and Plentiful to Fill Your Marketing Funnel

• Origination (👤)

  • Longer Features: These are done as you wish but it is highly recommended that you do this several times a year at least, write your own longer “Features”. This gives you your own Voice that is Unique to your Unique Brand. You can just add these to the normal flow that you send us for promotion.

  • Promotions and Offers: You should do promotion offers of your own to be promoted. These are Straight up Selling messages. It is a little more costly, but Far Fewer are Needed.

Because there is a lot of trust need for this service it only seems reasonable to provide as much detail as people want.
